Very bad service from Travelio.

I already paid the rental fee before 2 o'clock, but when I arrived at the apartment I had to pay a guarantee with a complicated procedure by being transferred to a third party, fortunately the third party staff was quite professional and very helpful, accompanied me to find an ATM to transfer the security deposit, (which is only 200 rb, but a waste of time and effort). It's only been 1 hour since the process has finished, I haven't had time to take a shower and the schedule has been disrupted, WA has already announced the check out schedule, as if I was staying for free. The last time I stayed, I used the application.
