Benar-benar parah. Gak dikasih info untuk check in, mesti saya yang ngejar-ngejar menghubungi sana sini. Check in harusnya jam 14.00, tapi baru dilayani check in jam 15.40. Unit kotor, living room gak ada AC, sarung bantal gak lengkap, dudukan toilet benar-benar kotor. Listrik tiba-tiba mati (kayaknya token habis), aroma bau. Gak ada disediakan sabun/shampo sama sekali.

Assisted with check in and check out by Travelio staff. Always satisfied with the Casa de Parco unit. But this time the toilet and extra blanket were dirty. Those who own the unit should pay attention to this.
