It was a very satisfying experience; the room was spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. It's also close to Hang Duong Cemetery. I arrived early, but the hotel still allowed me to check in early. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The reception was always empty. I had to wait for about 30 minutes for check-in. When there are some problem in the room, you want to talk to the staff but there were no one at the front desk so, again I had to wait for 1 hour looking for the staff. The hotel has no direct contact number. Therefore, I was kind of worried that my request was acceptable. I could handle any unexpected issues at the hotel for one night but not two nights in a row at the same hotel. My complaint wouldn’t have been brought up if there was someone at the front dest.

Every time we go to Con Dao, my family only stays here, for 4-5 years now. The hotel is right next to Hang Duong cemetery, right next to the market, very convenient to walk to. If any family just needs a place to rest, not focusing on breakfast buffet or high-class experience, Kim Ngan is worth trying.

Khách sạn nhỏ nhay trung tâm, đối diện có quán cafe kem dừa, kế bên là quán ăn rất tiện lợi. Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên nhiệt tình chu đáo.

Khách sạn nhỏ thôi nhưng sạch sẽ, điện nước đầy đủ, nhân viên nhiệt tình hỗ trợ. Có điểm trừ nhỏ là ở phòng dưới lầu 1 hơi nhiều muỗi

The manager was very enthusiastic in supporting me from the time I arrived until I left :))). The room checked in early but there was no extra charge. The room was ok, the price was reasonable, fully equipped, clean, and cleaned daily. They were also very gentle with the guests. 10 points, next time I go to Con Dao I will come back to support the hotel again.
