The staff was superb. The reception staff were so welcoming. Tracy and Daisy were so fast to respond, kind, and welcoming with heart. So recommended to stay here when coming to Da Nang. The pool was so clean. The room was so clean and soundproof. Breakfast was so nice.

My family stayed here for 3 days in a family room, and we really enjoyed the hospitality from the front office team (Daisy and Tracy). The hotel is in a strategic location. Overall, it was a very nice stay here.

The reception staff were very enthusiastic, Daisy and Tracy provided excellent support. The breakfast menu needs more variety, and the food was a bit cold. The air conditioning was dry; the humidity in the room needs improvement.

The amenities are good, the hotel is small but has a gym. Hopefully it will be busier so they can offer a buffet breakfast instead of à la carte.

The room was tiny, not even 28 square meters, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It was incredibly unpleasant. The breakfast wasn't very varied. The only good thing was the free afternoon tea and the enthusiastic staff. But for nearly 1.5 million VND per night, it wasn't worth it.
