Great, spacious room and very quiet. Easy connection to Heathrow with the £6.80 hopper bus — if your timing aligns with the schedule, there’s no need to take the £25 taxi the hotel receptionist may suggest at the kiosk desk. No robe is provided for the sauna or steam room, and to reach the health suite you have to walk past the hotel bar, restaurant, reception, and front entrance, which was a bit of a downside. Otherwise, it’s a lovely hotel overall. I ordered delivery from Curry Delight around 9 pm — excellent food! Much cheaper and with far more variety than the hotel buffet, which is £31 per person.

When we arrived, our payment hadn't registered on your system despite having the receipt from hotels.com. I had to show the transaction on my banking app to prove I had paid. Before this, I was quoted a significantly higher price to pay on the desk which didn't match the price I paid on hotels.com. Eventually this was resolved but then upon check out, we were charged a second time on a different card we have on our hotels.com account. My receipt should have been enough proof of payment, I shouldn't have needed to show the transaction on my bank account to prove that I had paid for my room. Not happy in the slightest.
