Comfortable bed. Great shower. No hanging space for clothes, we stayed for 6 nights.

Everything was great except the issue with paying the city tax in cash. I didn’t have any on me, and since I was only staying one night and had an early flight, I couldn’t leave the payment before leaving. They messaged me about it afterward, and I tried to pay online through Revolut or Venmo, but they only accepted a Portuguese system. It was a bit inconvenient—adding the tax to the final price would make things much smoother for guests.

Good stay. Did not love the fact that the rooms were below ground but the rest was just fine. Shower door is a challenge with overhead rain shower.

On the direct line to the airport and near the park and Shops. I spent most of my visit in Baixa which is closer to sites, transport connections and restaurants.

We stayed for 3 nights, good locations, rooms are clean, staff are very friendly and responsive (quick too!)

Such a great sleep! The place is well located, near metro and a very large shopping mall. The beds are very comfy and the shower was perfect. The service was exceptional, as I locked the safe, but it would not reopen and inside were our passports l. As there is no checkin desk, we communicated with the manager via What’s App and the safe was unlocked for us in a timely manner. The response time was quick and we appreciated the extra effort.

The property where the rooms are are below ground level. It has good rooms, and kitchen facilities, with a back verandah where you can have your prepared meals if you wish too. It is in a very busy road no far from Marques Pombal. The only negative comment that I have is that the small elevator in the building is not working and hard on age people with heavy luggages. We were happy with our stay

The property was good but there was no way to turn the light off behind the tv at night without turning off the master switch which defeats the ability to have HVAC or charging. We ended up sleeping in a bright room which was not great. There were a lot of instructions attached with renting this property but no instructions for the lights or the room tax required.

Very secure in the middle of town centre, quiet with own terrace. Great bakery cafe not far. Property has a kitchen for use. Very central to all attractions.. taxis very cheap. Staff very polite and helpful Would recommend ❤️

Nice and comfy with a patio in the backyard. Even if the place was very central there was no disturbing noise from the surroundings. Five minute walk to the Metro and a big shopping mall across the street. I will definitely stay there again 🤗

This is a nice place. No front desk but it doesn’t matter—the staff are around a lot and are responsive. Also it’s right across from El Corte Ingles. :)

Friendly staff & good location

Stayed one night and the information given by the host is faultless. Everything is done remotely and information all sent via social media messenger. The accommodation is well served in relation to transportation with the metro station being yards from the property. Entry to the main door and the access door to your room by keypad. Upon entry to the main door it looks really shabby and all the rooms are located on the bottom floor. The room was clean but a definite musty smell in the bathroom. There was no window in my room and relied on the aircon to keep the room cool. There's a shared kitchen to use if needed.

Everything was fine but the room we stayed smelled like sewage! Not sure if the other rooms were like this but at least our room even tho aromatic smells did not hide it! And it came from the toilet! Even saw a small worm in the shower which we had to flush it down! I’d advise the establishment to take care of this because the room it self was great clean and everything, but the smell ruins everything.

Endroit bien situé ligne rouge du métro. Belle terrasse extérieur au niveau du sol L'endroit étais très propre malgré le moisissures au plafond de la salle de bain. Les chambres sont situé dans le sous-sol de l'établissement. La chambre que j'avais n'avait aucune fenêtre. La cuisine étais bien équipé sans plus. Je ne retournerais à cet emplacement

The room was as described, at the basement of the building.Actually the whole establishment is located at the basement of the building but it is very clean and comfortable. Communication was smooth up to a point. My only complaint was that the voucher for the breakfast was nowhere to be found and when I tried repeatedly to get in touch with the owner he couldn’t be reached
