Great location walking distance to bar clubs and restaurants.

Always my favourite place to stay in Napa clean modern and staff are amazing the food is fantastic there is also an option to make your own food there is a kettle toaster microwave and fridge in the room it great to have the option the club sandwich is a must to try they have an amazing poolside vibe with dj Leo and me singing when I stay haha thanks guys see you next year ☺️

Staff was excellent the man that took care of the breakfast bar was magnificent he was very helpful staff overall very helpful but it’s just one issue I had with one of the staff about outsides food being consumed in the hotel as it was only allowed to be consumed in your room we brought two drinks from outside in our hands and just sat by the pool to drink and talk and we were rudely told we cannot consume any outside drinks by a blonde lady it was the tone of her delivery that was off didn’t even consider the fact that we drinking them outside prior before entering the hotel or the pool area we tried to explain but she rudely said no and didn’t even decid to hear or listen to us but apart from that hotel was nice hot tub was immaculate after a long day of exploring and the pool was perfect temperature breakfast buffet was crazyyyyyyyyyyyyy enough food to feed a small army hundred percent will go again if the breakfast bar guy is there he’s was so helpful I didn’t want to leave

This hotel is GREAT 3nd year i have stayed here, pool gets sun all day, service is good and the dtaff are so friendly and helpful, walking distance from harbour and strip will defo stay again

My fiance and I had a very enjoyable stay at Cosmo. The staff were exceptional! Especially Despina and the other lady that worked the same shift (sorry I have forgotten her name). They were super friendly, chatty, always asking how our day was, suggesting places to go. Honestly we could not have asked for more. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. A truly wonderful stay and amazing staff!!!! So thank you to them for making our holiday even more beautiful!!!

Bathroom wasnt very clean but only stayed for 1 night. Very close to Napa strip

We traveled with friends and they didn’t have hot water in their room even though they asked about every day for a week. The food service was excellent.

Nice place

Had to wait about 10 mins for the receptionist to check us in. Housekeeping was poorly done and the sink was clogged. The bedding was filled with other people's hair. The jacuzzi was always dirty. The hotel location is perfect, close to all the beaches and amazing restaurants. If you are looking for somewhere just to sleep then this is your ideal spot.

Unfortunately this hotel looks nice but there are issues with mouldy rooms and smells around the area no sound proof doors so you hear everything outside, rooms inside extremely mouldy and they have painted things to cover up the damage and damp, pool is ok but if you stay at the pool you have to buy drinks there, your not allowed to have your own, which means you spend min €10 per drink. when you stay at the radisson you can bring your own drinks to the pool.

The room was too small for two people, we couldn’t move at the same time. Wifi did not work in the room at all, so we had to buy phone data by ourselves. Mostly the room and the facility was clean and it had well-equipped bathroom, which was a big plus. The location is close to the city center, but far from the beaches. Overall our stay was fine, as far we spent the whole day outside at the beaches and ate out. I think that for just night spending, without Wifi and very small spacein the room, the price of this please is little much. Thank you

Food was amazing (spag bol), staff was so nice especially the man serving food and drinks (always smiling).

Smart, clean room with nice sized bathroom and a sink with tea and coffee making facilities. Lovely pool and poolside bar. Most of all excellent friendly helpful staff who were so welcoming and professional - Reception and pool. Excellent location for the strip.

all is good, but as a room hotel ,it should have a hair dryer

Nice location, good atmosphere, kind staff, 8/10 cleaning, worth the price.

room is small, sun does not go inside, that's why it has some bad smell. bathroom also small. breakfast was ok, same every day. pool was nice. staff were good and helpful.
