Excellent except no local channel to.watch

Great location, and the room was spacious enough for 3–4 people. It had all the amenities we needed, plus the added bonus of two showers, which made getting ready much easier for a group. The main areas for improvement were in the bathroom: the showers were quite small, and the temperature in the bathroom was noticeably colder than the rest of the room. There was a small heater provided, but we couldn’t use it because it produced a strong smell when turned on. Overall, though, this is a solid option, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable stay in Sapporo.

The property was clean, modern and fulfilled all our needs. In a great location just few minutes walk from the centre of Susukino with a huge selection of restaurants, shops and entertainment, and only a bit further to the tranquil Nakajima Park. The 7-11 convenience store across the road was very useful to have, too! The owners were very attentive to requests and issues that arose during our stay. The only downsides were that there was significant noise from building work going on next door during our stay, and the aircon, whilst effective, was noisy too.

Cute safe space and the subway station is not too far at all! Theres also a tram line right by! Check in was easy with lift access if needed for the other floors. Laundry Mat is close by as well Perfect for two people if spreading out your luggage isnt a concern. Would totally book again!

本次預訂2人房，訂房過程、辦理入住、房間整體設備與舒適度都與預期相符，收費合理，是一間值得推薦的住宿。2人房位於一樓，唯一缺點是樓上的房客，每天晚上就會經常拖動椅子之類的物品發出尖銳的聲音，半夜用水聲，甚至大聲講話。隔音不好，怕吵的旅客需仔細評估是否合適。

Easy check-in process. There is a Lawson and a 7-11 just few steps from the apartment. Mins away from Susukino station and all the main shopping areas are nearby. Suage soup curry is just 5 mins away. Would recommend this place for family with kids.

We had a very good 4 nights stay. Easy enough digital check in, digital door access, aircon fan was ample, washing machine and basic amenities.

We stayed as a family of four. The accommodation was clean, and it was comfortable to have two washstands and shower booths each. Also, the size of the refrigerator was large, and all kitchen items were prepared, so it was convenient. The accessibility was good in downtown Susukino and it was nice to be quiet because it was not too loud near the accommodation. Most of all, the host was very nice. One of us changed the schedule to arrive a day earlier, and the host responded really kindly. Thanks to you, I made great memories in Sapporo. ありがとうございました！

We loved staying here! The apartment was on its on floor so a huge sense of privacy. The skinny apartment building was a novelty too. Easy to check in and out with great instructions. Great location! We could walk and take trains everywhere to get around Sapporo. Apartment itself was great - spacious, clean, modern. For a family of 4. We loved staying here!

The massage chair is a great bonus

Appartement très propre, entretenu, moderne et équipé avec soin! Près des rues populaires de Susukino, mais au calme jour et nuit! A 25 min à pied de la gare JR sapporo. un 7/11 juste en bas de l'immeuble. Check in et check out rapides. Un lieu absolument idéal pour séjourner à Sapporo! Une location parfaite!

Property is very clean, quiet and safe. 711 is right on the corner street, restaurant is within walking distance in Susukino area, a bit far to Sapporo station but closer to subway station. Luckily we returned our rental car so we don't need parking 🅿️, otherwise they don't have parking space and pay parking across the building is expensive 1400 yen/night. Overall my family was happy with the stay. We will stay again next time 😊

객실은 정리정돈이 잘 되어있고, LP를 들을 수 있네요

客房很乾淨，空間很大，非常舒服。 服務人員處理事情很迅速。 下次去北海道還會再去住。

已經不是第一次入住，整體經驗滿意，整潔，乾淨。唯一價錢方便，已漲價了不少。

入住前收到訊息，說upgrade房間，到着時，也見到廳中有張雙人床，另外房間有張子母床，令空間欠差，不知道為何這樣設計，還是之前入住的擺設好，簡簡單單一張雙人床，廳有張枱兩張椅，令空間感十足。

整體舒服，設備齊全。這間旅館已入住多次，但最近入住發現屋內傢俬換了，空間感少了，感覺不太好舒服（像是不切實際），以前好好多，而且器皿煮食用具，以用多次變舊，希望戶主能替換。
