Loved the buffet breakfast. Room was perfect for me as a single traveller. Went to the hotel spa twice to relax. Amenities were plentiful. Definitely want to use this facility when I visit Nagoya.

Solid business hotel with good connection to city underground walkway. Clean and friendly. The pillow bar was nice. Get your own pillow.

The onsen was nice! The staff were kind and thoughtful. There was often a line for the washing machine, so check the app for availability quite regularly.

Love the convenience location and the friendly staff. I lost my phone on the 3rd day in the taxi and luckily the taxi driver remembered the hotel pick up point and brought my phone back to the hotel. The front desk staff returned the phone to me and helped me called the taxi company and thank them. I used the same taxi company - Meitetsu Group for a ride to the airport today to patronize the honest behavior of the taxi driver.

It's conveniently located to the station, although Google maps takes you on a really random route. Standard room for two is cosy but, decent enough to have as a base. It's well stocked with good quality amenities and is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We didn't have a chance to try out the spa. Overall brilliant experience for a well reasonable price. Would easily recommend.

Good location with direct lift to underground unimall and train stations, hotel conditions are good, provided a lot of skin/hair care, nice breakfast in small decoated cafe, staff are helpful.

Location not far from JR station, can walk underground. Exit U14, keep going straight without turning, elevator to the ground of the Sanco B. There are good facilities. There is complete equipment. Can be borrowed from the hotel. There are free onsen, free ice cream, and free ice.
