The mattress is so itchy that my whole family can't sleep.

The room is a bit dirty, there are 4 or 5 cockroaches, insects all over the room, it's soft and itchy, and there are lumps

Is it possible to book on the App will not be flexible time. Yesterday I arrived at the hotel checkin was 9.30pm. This morning was on holiday so I sent it back to my room at 7am. Well, accept the daily rent. But now I booked the car back to Saigon, it was a bit late and it was raining so my clothes were wet. I want to go back to the hotel to get my luggage and ask for 3 hours more support. but the receptionist announced that only rent for the day at the right price, not for a few hours. ok! I also agreed to pay for the extra day, but when I wrote the ticket, ltan said she had to pay the whole day but she could only stay until 7pm. (this deal is ridiculous) oh... actually I find the reception at Dang Khoa 1 not good. Moreover, the way she communicates with me is not friendly.

Phòng sạch sẽ, toa lét sạch sẽ, nhân viên lịch sự, ân cần, máy lạnh tốt. tuy nhiên có điểm trừ là không có thang máy, cầu thang bộ hẹp chỉ vừa đủ một người.

gần chùa bà, bãi xe rộng rãi, lễ tân và bảo vệ nhiệt tình thân thiện. Chỉ có điều không có thang máy nên hơi oải.
