The receptionist was not on standby, as a result I had to wait first. Toiletries are not adequate. Room lights tend to be dim. The bathroom is not clean. The water doesn't flow fast enough. The toilet is stuck . Need to get straight to the point.

Everything is good actually, it's just that the sleeping pillow smells bad.

The guards have very bad etitude, don't wear uniforms, are not friendly, don't smile, and don't take guests to the front of the room, I am uncomfortable with the attitude of the guard. I suggest friends who want to stay in Jogja comfortably, not to choose this inn, because it is not at all comfortable because of the attitude of the guard.

Super clean, really recommended but unfortunately no toiletries such as shampoo soap are provided.

The hotel clerk was not friendly, did not say, thank you when I checked out.
