It seems like the resort accepted a double booking and let us sleep in the reception room, which had someone else's wedding photo and a dressing room with personal belongings, without informing us in advance. Even though we called to check in and check the booking, that we would check in late and asked if there was a booking for us. If you had informed us a little bit, we wouldn't have been this upset. In the end, you took responsibility by opening a resort next door, but it was quite disappointing. But I admire the housekeeper who took care of the situation and spoke calmly and politely.
