The hotel staff are unfriendly and overly curt with guests. Don't judge them by staying in a standard room. The air conditioning in the room is substandard, and the wardrobe smells unpleasant. Please fix this; it's a shame the owner is paying the staff.

The sunset view and the service staff were good, but there were not any fish in the fishing pond. I saw multiple people fishing in the ponds and none caught a fish. The staff said there were 5kg of fish in the ponds, but why did no one catch it? Not even the smaller fish.

Everything else is okay, everything is good, only I was disappointed that there was a problem with the swimming pool, it couldn't be used and was just left like that even though there were lots of guests... that was very disappointing for the children who wanted to swim.

The hotel staff is friendly, and this is my third stay here. I like the executive balcony room the most because it's so relaxing to look out the window. Unfortunately, during my last stay, the sunset was obscured by clouds.

It was fun staying here. I suggest you come during the summer, not during high tide, because the road to the hotel can be flooded. If it's a hotel, it's guaranteed to be a winner.

to be honest, the cleaness of this hotel really need improvement, there are a lots of ants in the room, and many flying insect in the room, on the wall, one the bed, i got bite by those insect during sleep, toilet also not working and dirty, lucky i just stay there for one night. sorry i do not recommend this hotel.
