สวยค่ะ ห้องพักสะอาด เตียงไม่นิ่มไม่แข็งไป ผ้าห่มนุ่ม ล็อบบี้ที่นั่งเยอะ บรรยากาศดี เดินขึ้นชั้น 4 เมื่อยนิดหน่อย

กลางคืน ห้องชั้น 4 น้ำไม่ไหล(ไหลน้อยจนอาบไม่ได้) ต้องโทรไปแจ้ง ให้เปิดน้ำ อาบน้ำได้แค่คนเดียว พอจะอาบคนที่ 2 ก็ไม่ไหลอีก คราวนี้โทรไปเบอร์ภายในหน้าฟร้อนไม่ติดแล้ว ต้องทรมานจนเช้า เช้า สอบถาม ผจก. ว่า ทำไมน้ำไม่ไหล ได้ความว่า น้ำไหลปกติ แต่ทางโรงแรมต้องปิดปั้มน้ำตอนช่วงดึก เพราะมันเสียงดัง ถ้าจะใช้น้ำต้องโทรแจ้ง ผมก็บอกว่าโทรแล้วไม่ติดเลย ผจก.ตอบมาว่า ตั้งโอนสายไปอีกเบอร์หนึ่งไว้ เพื่อดูแลช่วงกลางคืน แล้วผมถามว่าทำไมโทรไม่ติด คำตอบก็คือว่างเปล่า แต่กลับบอกว่าทำไมไม่โทรมาเบอร์ตรง เป็นเบอร์มือถือ ผมคงผิดเอง ผมเลยไม่ถามต่อ สุดท้าย ก็ขอเปลี่ยนห้องลงมาอีกชั้น เพราะผมพัก 2 วัน ทางโรงแรม ควรแจ้งเลย อาบน้ำได้ช่วงเวลาไหน ช่วงเวลาไหนปิดปั้มน้ำครับ ลูกค้า จะได้ตั้งรับถูกครับ แก้ปัญหาให้ถูกจุด เป็นโรงแรมที่น่าพักครับ

Considered very ok The staff are good, the staff speak good, the bedroom is clean but may be a bit tired for the people who stay on the top floor because of having to walk up the stairs only (there are a total of four floors). The hotel is near the Night Bazaar Market, Seven Mini, Big C. Anyone visiting Surin would recommend this place. 👍🏻

It’s my 3rd time staying here in The Wood! Love this place ❤️ can’t miss whenever you visit Surin province. Cool 😎 very comfortable bed and very clean. Convenient location and nice quiet in the night. Breakfast is very tasty and designed 💖 Staffs are all friendly, helpful with full service mind. PS. I do not know personally the owner or any relative just find from App 😬
