This hotel was the second I stayed at during my time in West Jakarta. It's strategically located and easy to find, situated in a residential area that feels like a cluster, and close to Cengkareng Regional Hospital. There are plenty of food vendors around the cluster area, and it's still within walking distance, making it quite convenient. Upon arrival, check-in was scheduled for 2:00 PM, but I was allowed to check in about 10 minutes early. I was immediately given a key and assigned a room on the second floor. I originally had a corner room, but the key didn't work. I immediately called the hotel number listed, and the response was very quick. The staff immediately came and moved me to another room. Upon entering my new room, my first impression was very pleasant. The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and beautiful. There was a wardrobe, complete amenities, cool air conditioning, and working hot water. Overall, the room felt very comfortable to rest in. The hotel also provides laundry services, which were very helpful during my stay. A small note: I was a bit surprised when I left and returned to find that it had been cleaned, even though I hadn't requested it. However, everything was safe, so it wasn't a problem. The staff was generally friendly, responsive, and helpful. My stay at this hotel was very pleasant and satisfying.

At 2:30 a.m., an "uninvited guest" arrived. A sexy woman offering massage services. I booked two rooms for my husband, wife, and two children. How could she freely go upstairs and knock on random rooms?

Please put the toilet paper in the bathroom neatly, not groped. For the price of around 500 thousand rupiah, it's not worth it. The room is not clean. Also, the coordination between the housekeeping staff and the reception is not good. We have already informed the extension twice but still asked repeatedly. Please work on a more solid team and better management. The Wi-Fi is very slow and intermittent.

At night it was noisy with love music, in the morning it was also noisy with a drum band, apparently there was a morning service. The night light was almost off, the room lights were very dim.
