This was my first time staying here. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The room wasn't soundproof, so noise from outside was still audible. The room was clean, and even though it was a smoking room, it didn't smell. I would return if I were in Samarinda.

The AC isn't cold, but the staff has fixed it, but it's still not cold and there's no Netflix.

Strategic location, there is a mall, cafe, restaurant, market, there is 1 building so it is complete, you don't get tired of going out, just stay at the hotel, go up and down the elevator, whatever you want, everything is there

It's delicious, located inside the mall, just go downstairs and there are lots of places to eat.

Just wanted to give some feedback, next time to add Netflix.

A hotel with a good location and view. The rooms are very clean and tidy, elevator access is also good, perhaps the elevator button on floor L needs to be synchronized and the caption explanation is the same. Because it still uses floor 1, it is different from the button on the elevator. The food and restaurant are very delicious. The gym facilities are also good. Access to the main road, food courts, and several restaurants inside and outside the hotel is very helpful. Maybe wifi access can be made easier and faster without having to log in or register. The soap dispenser model can be changed so that it is easier and more numerous when pressed. Maybe you can use the top button for easier and more numerous

Very good for everyone. Especially with my child, he really likes staying at Ibis. Every time he goes to SMD, he always chooses Ibis. 😁😁
