The condition of the bathroom is dirty, the tiles are slippery and crusty and the balcony near the kitchen is dirty. There are 3 bunk beds and 1 queen. I took this room because there were 9 of us where 3 children aged 11 to 16. Order for 6 single beds and 1 queen. The reason given by the blanket is only for 1 for each slide bed. Neither the one who takes care of the Apartment nor Travelio can answer our needs. Because the bathroom was dirty, Travelio offered cleaning but until we checked out it didn't come even though it was already in WA. Service should be better, especially in high season, prices increase, but the service is far from what was expected.

The swimming pool is available but cannot be used, before booking I asked travelio, they said it was available. The application is also available, but in fact the swimming pool cannot be used, due to policy.

For the size of the apartment in Bandung, aseli is very satisfied because there are 4 rooms so it can be crowded, wifi and cable TV are also available, not all complete equipment from the refrigerator to microwafe (although it doesn't use it because it's all day outside hahah) but for cleanliness it's lacking, the bathroom and balconies especially! The old apartment is not used, gt. The pluss value of the staff is very helpful. I was really nervous staying at Travelio properties because many protested at the IG (difficult to check in + return of old deposits) but thank God it was really good when we returned the deposit immediately h + 1 and when checking in the staff also came right away. Maybe they are not good at communication with cs️ fyi, if you stay here, don't forget the daily parking subscription, yes, just go to the receptionist, only 15 thousand per day.

The hotel is nice, the sheets are as close as they are not being washed, the bathroom has a lot of crust, the kitchen is dirty too, the electric gas stove is really hot, everything is broken, not really clean.

The apartment is very dirty . The place is uncomfortable. Many facilities are broken. Very disappointing. 👎
