Everything is ok but I was disturbed by the sound of the water pipes in room 308, I requested to move without mentioning it, thank you

Comfortable, delicious & enjoyable. Overall, I recommend it.

I've stayed here twice but the AC isn't cold, I also asked for a room near the pool but was given one on the 3rd floor, tired of going back and forth

There were geckos and cockroaches, the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time, there were no tissues, the staff couldn't find the key and instead gave rude answers, the service was really bad, when I wanted to check out, the receptionist didn't come out for a long time until I was almost late

After confirming directly after booking, the room was fully booked, but there was no refund or rescheduling. It was truly disappointing, even though I'd stayed here before without any issues. This was the first time I'd experienced such a loss from the accommodation, with no accountability.

Friendly staff, cheap price, there are many low-budget hotels in this area but I think this is the cleanest. The bathroom is clean, the duvet and pillows don't smell so it's comfortable. There is a restaurant service by WA, although the restaurant is simple like Warmindo, but for those who are lazy, it's very suitable, hehe. The wifi and air conditioning are also fast. But for those who want to stay here, bring your own toiletries because there are no amenities like toothbrushes, only soap and towels. And yesss according to the price and most importantly it's clean!!!

Clean room, clean area, hot water works, cold AC, there are food stalls even though the food is simple but it's enough for those who are lazy to leave the room, the price of food and drinks is also reasonable, they also sell snacks at the receptionist, ciki cikian like that. Yesterday late checkout was charged 150, great. Wifi is also smooth. The staff are friendly.
