The mattress is not proper, in the middle the mattress is already in the middle.

There is no parking, the air conditioner is not cold, the mattress is dirty.

When you first arrived, you were given a room that didn't have a tv and then the floor was still wet after the injection mop was dirty, where there was no more mat in front of the toilet/room, complained to the guard asking for another room, many were empty but all the electricity tokens were empty so it's okay to move as long as the token is filled in itself, better than there is no tv according to the description, in the new room there is also no doormat in and out of the bathroom, it's impossible not to get wet even if you wear sandals, so for convenience, it's very, very less if you order via direct onthespot which doesn't know the features/benefits and so on - On the other hand, it's clear how come in the application I get anything, I ask for my rights, please overall 4/10.

AC is not cold. Dirty room. Hot. The cupboard can't be locked. Noisy.

The rooms are decent and the price helps to stop over temporarily and is pretty clean for a brief stay

When he arrived, he had been made to bother with full parking, then the room was not available even though he had booked and the payment had been transferred. There was no confirmation at all regarding room availability. Very disappointing, hopefully there are no further victims, you should immediately improve the management.
