The hotel is a very old, poorly maintained building. Check-in process is simple, staffs and security are quite friendly, but the building itself? Horrible. Reception area has no air conditioning and dirty, each floor is dirty, and the ambiance are dreadful. The room? Even worse. There are bedbugs, the entire room was humid (which is bad for your lungs), and the toilets are the worst of all. The toilet was dark and eerie, and water is leaking from above the toilet. Changed room, still the exact same problem. I end up not using the shower at all. The location is perfect, the view is great also, but for this kind of price, I rather stay at a more modest place with lesser view but for much more comfort. There are a lot of alternatives if you want to stay at this area, and if they didn't improve on the maintenance (especially the toilet problems)

No towels available (must ask) to the receptionist. Hot water is not available, there is trash in the room area, there are animals on the bed. The noise next door is very disturbing.

I stayed there for 4 days and coincidentally got one without hot water… even after moving to a deluxe room, there was still no hot water.

It's been really comfortable staying here... it's just a shame that after staying here for 3 days, I kept moving rooms and got one without hot water, even though I always stay here every month, this week I got a room with no hot water... Overall, everything is okay.

Staying here, besides the strategic location, the environment is also full of people selling things.

The hotel staff is very friendly, it has become a regular hotel, they have cute and smart cats too, the rooms are very comfortable.

city center location, near Taman Anggrek mall, book 2 rooms, affordable budget, whole family stay here, the location is next to the apartment, overall happy to see the family sleeping soundly in this hotel.

My family and I are from Bandung, we booked 2 non-smoking rooms, according to our personal budget of 250 thousand, even though the budget in the area for the hotel is 600 thousand/night, for Eid, we stayed with five people, access is close to Taman Anggrek Mall, it makes me happy to see my wife and children sleeping soundly in this hotel so the children are not fussy, I didn't use breakfast, hopefully this hotel will continue to be better in the future

I have often stayed at this hotel but there is no cafe/restaurant, if you want breakfast you have to leave the hotel

Don't check in here, I might get threatened with a knife inside the hotel and the hotel security and workers won't help even though there is CCTV! BE CAREFUL!

The bedcover and pillows are dirty, there are stains like islands, the pillows are brown and not white anymore
