Everything about this accommodation was exceptional, and the staff were amazing too.

My stay at S. Bento was excellent. Here are my highlights and lowlights- Pro: Location! This is a perfect location. You can walk around everywhere and take a break at the hotel if needed. House maintenance is really good. Excellent service. Friendly staff. The hotel has modern and beautiful decoration and design. Loft look hotel. Con: Noise from outside (Fully understandable since this is located at the busiest street.) It is a bit dark without natural light. This can be improved by adding more lighting.

Customer Service was great. Location is walking distance to almost everything. It is right next to Sao Bento train station. It's a newer structure so it has modern amenities. Highly recommended!

This was a lovely property in a great location. The apartment was cleaned every day (which we did not expect) and the lady (Ines) who greeted us when we arrived was outstanding. Unfortunately the construction and highways work that is going on outside the apartment did affect our stay as we were unable to leave the windows open at night and sitting out on the balconies was too noisy to enjoy during the day. Once the work is complete this will be a 10/10 property.

Amazing property, was the best decision to stay here! Very central location and easy to explore all of Porto!! Room was larger and loved the apartment style, def recommend this for any couple or friends traveling together,very easy to check in and out, need something central and good quality choose this, $350aud per night, def worth it!

Would recommend this hotel if you want to be where the action is as it’s downtown

The hotel was very good. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was newly renovated and equipped with everything you would need, and despite it's central location quiet, and well sound proofed. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and tourist sites. We would stay again at S. Bento, highly recommended.

Accommodations were fantastic! Nice apartment with all the amenities, even a washer. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The location couldn’t have been better. Right by the train station & metro. Highly recommended!

This property has a very convenient location, literally right across from the Sao Bento Train Station and in front of the Sao Bento Metro station. The Time Out Market Porto is also right across the street. It is also an easy walk from the Luis Bridge upper part. The unit we stayed in felt modern and luxurious. The sofa bed was large and could easily fit 2 people. The first dishwasher tablet is free, but after that you have to pay extra for the refill. Same with the laundry detergent tablet. The laundry machine was in-unit for my unit. The breakfast is a continental breakfast which means: fresh bread, fresh OJ, egg tarts, milk, ham & cheese, fruit, butter & jam. Anything else is extra- alternative milk was extra. Yogurt with granola extra. There seemed to be plenty of breakfast options around- if I were you, I'd look into these before purchasing the hotel's breakfast. To add on the breakfast after the booking was 16-17 Euros and decided they day before by 4pm. There is an espresso pod machine to make coffee. Evelyn at the front desk had wonderful recommendations for places to eat, if you failed to make dinner reservations ahead of time.
