We are extremely sorry to hear that your stay was not as expected and especially apologize for the inconvenience related to parking. Due to its location in a residential area, the hotel currently does not have its own car park and must use a parking service from a third party nearby. Although the fee is determined by the parking lot owner and is not under the control of the hotel, we fully understand the discomfort you experienced. This is something we are actively looking for solutions to improve in the future.
