Helpful staff.

Room was comfortable and clean. Security guards and front desk staff were kind and helpful. Service in restaurant was meh.

I wanted a hotel with a pool and water slide, so the kids could burn off energy after being on the road all day, but when we arrived the pool was closed for cleaning. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The pool with a giant water slide was definitely the highlight of this hotel. Kids loved it. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. The only thing was that although the room looked clean, the carpet smelled like stale socks.

During our stay the pool was having maintenance done so we weren’t able to use it. Staff was nice enough and rooms were clean and nice.

Room was extremely damp and had a bad smell. Buffet breakfast didn’t open till 9am… Won’t stay here anymore.

Comes with access to the pool and luckily our stay did not end up being maintenance day so we got to use it. No lifeguards on duty and not too deep. Rooms are clean and there was more than enough towels. Beds were comfortable.

The rooms were clean, but the mini fridge kept tripping breakers so it kept leaking all the time, and on the weekends the hotel was quite busy which isn't a problem but if you don't like kids knocking on you door till 2 in the morning I suggest a different hotel. All the staff could do was send a security guard up to do a round. This hotel would be great for a family stay but I wouldn't recommend for a business trip

From the arrival check in through to our leaving check out, we were treated with kindness and respect. The staff were friendly and made us welcome. All the amenities were great. Everything was as we expected. Definitely a recommend from us.
