All staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the bartender makes amazing drinks. We got a King bed with a pullout sofa. The room was spotless and spacious with nice hardwood floors, a large TV and mini fridge. The only issue we had was with the bed and pillows. The mattress was far too soft and the pillow gave zero support. We would recommend having firmer pillow options upon request for the guests that require it. We had an amazing stay otherwise and would 100% recommend this hotel.

The breakfast had a good variety with some features which changed daily (pancakes, waffles..etc). The gym was well maintained with a variety of updated equipment. The rooms were a good size, with sufficient linens. I would certainly stay again.

Lovely place!

I was very happy with this hotel. Knowing PG well I was spectacle of the area. The fencing around the main parking lot was comforting. The room was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 young boys. One boy got food poisoning from a restaurant near by when I explained to hotel staff that I required cleaning supplies they immediately brought what I needed to our room. So very pleased with our stay.

Clean room. Smelled great. Parking was very full, but there is some more parking in the alley way. For some reason our booking didn’t go through on their end, so checking in was a little bit of a struggle

I like that the rooms have a couch and little coffee table. Area feels safe, good breakfast; and, coffee.

Very nice large and clean room. Very comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with shower. Good happy hour at the bar. Nice breakfast. On Sunday breakfast ran out of items that were not replaced in time. Staff were all very polite and friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

I came up to PG with my kids for the PG Fancon and stayed for the first time here. We were not disappointed, the customer service was amazing, our room was impeccable and the hotel breakfast was delicious. The pool was nice and my kids had fun with it as well. Checking in & out was easy, everything was clean and we felt as if we needed anything the hotel staff would oblige. If I had to offer any criticism at all it would be only a small thing and only due to my preference which is a Hot tub would have been nice to relax in after the long days of walking at the con but was certainly not a deal breaker. I would definetely stay here again.

Great hotel but only two plugs in the whole room

Very clean and modern, friendly staff, excellent free breakfast. Convenient to down town. We love staying here when visiting PG.

Room amenities may improve like water

Excellent accommodations, everything was clean and comfortable, only thing that I was a little dissapointed about was the Dinner menu in house was lacking, but many excellent restaurants in the area.

I really liked this place. Good amenities. Comfortable bed. My only complaint is if you are on the man floor, you can hear everything happening in the lobby and whoever the person at the front desk is talking too. If there was a door at the end of the hallway or carpeted floors that would make the stay quieter.
