Entrevalle has it all. Great food, great amenities, room are spacious and the grounds are beautiful.

Great place to stay and relax. Grounds are well taken care of; the rooms are spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. The restaurant is convenient and food is good. I would stay again.

The place is really nice and the rooms were very affordable. However, I had to wait there for 20 minutes at the front desk and nobody was there to check me in. I was not sure on what to do. Therefore it ended up calling the property number on Expedia and then finally someone answer and came down. They gave us a room as a VIP. It says you are supposed to get one free complementary drink, however when we got to the bar and we asked for the drink. They said only the mimosas were included and we do not feel like having a mimosa at 7 PM. Therefore we just had to pay for our own drink then we saw the hot tub and I asked if that was included in our price. They said that it was but we had to make a reservation. I asked how I could do that and they told me I had to send a message through WhatsApp and that I will be getting all the information through there. I never got any information about the hotel and when I sent a message trying to reserve the Jacuzzi, they took about 30 minutes to get back to me so by the time they got back to me I only have about 35 minutes left to use the hot tub, but the worst part was when we got into the shower. The showerhead did not work properly. Hardly any water came out and I a woman with long hair it took forever for me to rinse it and then of course we ran out of hot water so I had to take a cold shower that was not pleasant. I would have recorded that however when I checked out they do not bother to ask me how my stay had been.

100% tranquility! All employees provided top customer service. The food and cocktails at the restaurant were great. I would highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

Great location, the property is a bit rough around the edges and in need of a few updates. For example, running hot water just quit, the drapes were not tethered to the wall properly and the ceiling fan was so loud we couldn’t use it.

It’s a nice and quiet area. The food wasn’t great, but it’s a pleasant place overall.

Clean rooms. Cozy furnishings. Great views. Good food at restaurant. Friendly staff. We had a relaxing time in the hot tub.

This is an excellent property for any length of your stay in the area. The rooms are very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The property has all of the required amenities and the best part was the jacuzzi!
