Great newer ( 5 years) hotel. Everything was nice and easy. Parking super easy and free. Loved the free billiards table in the lobby. That was a nice extra most places don’t offer. And even though we didn’t use it, the pool was open til midnight which is another nice perk.

This was my first time staying at a Tru by Hilton. The room was a bit more cramped than I expected but there wre a few nice amenities in the lobby. Breakfast had fewer items than similar places that I have stayed that are comparable in price. The hotel was fine and was what we needed for a one night stay. Not much to do around the hotel itself but town was not too far away. Overall, a good place to stay while you are on the road.

Another one of the recent builds on I-81, nice easy. Nothing much in the area but easy to 81.

I’m going to be honest in this review, I won’t give a terrible review because of 1 situation I had. But definitely won’t be staying here again and will consider if ever a Tru by Hilton. I travelled with my 3 kids, and one of them had food poisoning from the night we stayed there, my 7 year old woke up and not even 5 minutes after he ran to the bathroom and started throwing up and happened at the sink, the sink got clogged. After making sure my kid was feeling better, I looked for a staff member and the cleaning service lady was couple of rooms down the hall. I asked her if I could get something for me to unclogged the sink, that I will do it myself so no one hast to go through that. She said it was fine that she will take care of it. When I got back home I see they charged me $50 for unclogged a sink when I was the one who offer myself to do it. I called more than 10 times and they say I need to talk to the mananger, I have left over 3 voice messages and still no response from anybody.

Super clean and modern hotel with breakfast. I would definitely stay there again the next time I'm in the area.

The smoking. It just smelled like cigarettes the whole entire time. I messaged the hotel and nothing. We have stayed T tru hotels in the past and haven’t had any complaints, the last time we stayed was a yr ago and they even offered to rebook us because of not having hot water. So I figured we would just get a different room but this time we didn’t. Normally if it’s just the adults it would have been less of a bother but we have small kids who shouldn’t have to deal with it throughout their stay

This Hotel jas a very welcoming "air" to it. The staff is very very friendly and helpful. The facility is very nice and clean. It is an excellent place to stay!

I would have given all 5’s but upon arrival the person that checked me in really didn’t interact. She asked my name, gave me the key card and that was it. Information like how to find my room, was there coffee available in the morning etc. I had to ask. Maybe I expect to much: I have not ever had to ask those questions when staying in a hotel, they are always communicated when checking in.

We are repeat customers at Tru by Hilton , always great experience, consistently clean, we were received at the desk check in by a very courteous man Sebastian, he was very friendly and polite . Great employee!

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Staff was nice and polite. Only drawback was the last of microwaves in the rooms. It's very inconvenient to have to go down to the Libby every time you want to heat up something or cook something. Please at least consider offering microwaves upon request, if you don't want to include them in every room.

Legitimately one of the nicest hotels I have ever been in, under $200 a night and honestly a lot nicer than much more expensive hotels I've been in. Staff were kind rain shower really nice lobby and the room was immaculate
