It's a pity that when I wanted to take a shower, the towels weren't there yet, and when I was about to check out, the towels were just delivered.

The room is not clean, the pillow smells, there are ants, the elevator is waiting for up to 15 minutes, pay for parking again every time you go in and out, 1 night pay for parking 15 thousand, already give up.

The view to Mount Salak is good and quite comfortable for a staycation.

Bad experience for the price on a fairly high weekend, AC leaked, TV had no antenna, 1 towel (with 2 guests), small water, very poor room cleanliness, no wardrobe, hangers. I'm wrong I haven't seen the review before booking this hotel.

The parking location to the lobby does not have quick access such as lifts or stairs, purely by car. Security also works reluctantly, it's only useful for opening and closing doors. Very unsatisfactory service. There is only 1 elevator, it is also small, to take turns hundreds of people going up and down, you can wait 1 hour to go up and down. No towels, no TV channels at all. Anyway gave up and will never come back to this place again.

Pelayanan kurang memuaskan, dimulai dari satpam yang ditanya ogah-ogahan jawab, kamar ada kecoa tandanya kurang bersih, tidak ada selimut yang memadai. Minimal dengan harga 400 ribu bersih, tapi ini sangat buruk. Tidak ada handuk. Mau masuk kamar saja ngantri setengah jam, lagi banyak pasangan-pasangan muda bergantian untuk naik ke atas. Sangat tidak nyaman dan memberikan pengalaman yang buruk untuk pertamakali menginap di sini. Maaf berkata jujur.

Very bad. First time here, the elevator is under repair, up from the lobby to the 15th floor. Entering the room, the facilities are not qualified. Only 2 mineral water, bath towels 1. Basic amenities such as tissue, bath soap, shampoo, toothbrush are not provided.

This place is really bad, even though the price is cheap it's still not worth it. The worst thing is that for floors more than 15 floors there is only one elevator.

Not as expected. No towels. No toothbrush and toothpaste. AC off. Unmaintained place. Dirty. Which is clear enough once there.

The room is itchy, it doesn't match the one in the picture. Very stupid.
