I had just arrived from the airport and needed an early check-in to attend a funeral. There was availability, but the manager said I’d have to pay $50.00! Unless… I had IHG membership. She seemed surprised that I did! So then she says o.k $25.00… as if she was making some kind of deal. I was pixxxd!

Given a different room, after i shared cloth seat in 1st room, had bad stain on it.

Most all of the staff was wonderful except for the young woman that checked us in late on Wed, May 28th. She was extremely rude and n made us wait while she was just sitting there on her phone, and she didn't have a name tag on. I was shocked at how terrible she treated us!

The location

Next room played loud music all night until 6am. After we reported the problem at 3am, the clerk said she knocked on the door but no response. Nothing further was done. Not acceptable.

I booked this after working 18 hours doing construction I wanted a place that had breakfast in the morning to avoid having to go pick that up in the morning. Checking in was fine but that morning at about 4am the power to the whole building went out. I had to get ready in the pitch black. My morning did not go smooth whatsoever which was a bummer way to start my day.

The property was clean and nice. The problem that I had was the bed was too soft for me and the sheets keep coming undone from the mattress. Be side that the stay was okay.

While it's on a busy hwy and next to a hospital, it was very quiet. The staff was very welcoming and went out of their way to help. I was visiting relatives and it was a relaxing, peaceful, and satisfying stay.

The check in staff for Friday afternoon and evening both ladies were friendly and professional, however the staff on Sunday at check out was anything but friendly and professional.

The stay was amazing, all of the staff were polite and caring. The handicap accessible room was fantastic and very roomy. It had a roll up shower for my wheelchair. The free breakfast was great.

Had an issue with the room when

Hotel is updated. Queen suite with sofa was perfect for 3 adults. Breakfast was well stocked and a 24/7 coffee bar was a nice surprise. Staff is the friendliest I’ve encountered in all my hotel stays-everyone from the front desk and maintenance people to the housekeeping and breakfast staff! Next door to the hospital, which made visiting a breeze. Traffic in nearby cities would have made visiting the hospital a chore, so this location was perfect. Plenty of food options across the street or a few miles in either direction.

All was good I except the bathroom sink drained very slowly allowing the dirty water to sit. Nasty. Room 113

This property was very convenient to the event we were attending. It was a quiet area.

Service was fantastic, the room was clean, and breakfast was good. Very happy with the room set up.
