Clean and good amenities!

Fire alarm went at 5:00 am waking me my wife and daughter up. While trying to get to my daughter I busted up my leg on furniture that was crowding. My leg is bruised and bloody. Front desk clerk just said sorry.

Staff was courteous and helpful

We had a great overnight stay. Showers were hot, beds were clean; room smelled fresh, without any heavy fragrances. Only issue was with the very soiled washers. We had hoped to do a couple loads of laundry but all the machines had moldy/filthy gaskets and smelled bad. Otherwise our stay was good.

Very clean. Impressive room.

This was our first stay at one of your hotels but we'll definitely be back! Beds were super comfy. Entry, lobby, garden, and outdoor area with a patio, firepit, and seating were all beautiful. Super quiet - we didn't hear a peep out of our neighbors and didn't hear any of the dogs staying at the hotel. The breakfast selection was huge.

Nice rooms, clean and quiet.

The room was clean, but there were groups of kids running up and down the hallways, playing in the elevators. There were groups of people sitting outside yelling and screaming at 1am in the morning the kids were banging on the doors as they ran the hallways, at midnight, so NO sleep for us!!! Staff did nothing to stop it even when I asked them too. The place was out of control! I have nothing good to say about that stay! It was over priced and I got no rest whatsoever! And the management did nothing to help! It was a waste of time and money to stay there. I would have got more sleep in my car!

This was by far a great stay and unbelievable price for such an upscale hotel. We will be back

clean room, quiet, all in order

Great stay that is quieter than Grand Rapids but close enough to enjoy the day.

We were here viewing the area since I am being transferred out here for work and staying here was amazing! we felt at home and it was soo quiet! I love that in a hotel!

We had a very pleasant stay.
