Perfect place to stay

Everything was very good

Highly recommended hotel! Super covenient location! Hot shower with solid preasure and temperature! Staff so friendly and helpful! Spent 10 days overthere! Restaurant and bar so nice! All US cards are working there, so you dont need to be worry!

Excellent location for a business conference, close to the metro and lots of restaurants. Not really walking distance to Old Town, though.

It is a good 4 star hotel

Not respond to my date change request due to an unexpected flight plan change. I submitted my request days pirio to the original planned arrival. As of today, I didn’t get my my entitled money back that is allowed as clearly stated in the “Cancellation Conditions” clause. I didn’t get my money back.

I booked and paid this hotel with Expedia prior to arrival. They charged me again with my credit card on the check-in day. When I called to complain about multiple charges they hang up on the phone, ran me around for several times. Finally I sent them e-mails about the second charge to dispute they never reply my emails. This happened only 2 weeks ago and the double payment issue never resolved yet.

Front desk NEVER picks up the phone and they also nickel and dime you for every little thing such as shower caps and toothbrushes.

The hotel is outside city center but well-connected with Metro and bus. There are restaurants and cafes around. Very convenient. Cleanliness needs to be proved. will stay again.

Hotel is quite far from the city centre but close to the metro station. Staff is extremely friendly and room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was also very good.

4 nights, great stay a bit out of the center Nizami Street, however bolt/uber are very cost effective, so the location is no problem. Breakfast adequate to set you up for the day. Plenty of bars and restaurants within in 10 minutes walking distance.
