Absolutely stunning guest house in a great location with parking over the road. Mark and Richard were very welcoming and amazing hosts who provide the best continental breakfast we have ever had. Will definitely be returning in the future as so relaxing.

The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The house was immaculate and there were really lovely touches including a hand written personal note to welcome us in our room, 15% off at a very nice local restaurant (East Beach Cafe) which we had already booked! Parking was no hassle - we found a space with no restrictions just nearby - in high season. Our room was quiet and felt cool despite it being a hot day. There was a gorgeous lounge to have breakfast in - this was a top notch continental breakfast! To you both - thanks for having us! Your guest house is really special and we will (and already have!) recommended it to our friends and family!!

A Haven of calm and comfort by an amazing beach

An absolutely amazing stay! Perfect location, a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The room was luxurious and immaculately clean. The interiors of the room are stunning everything has been well thought out. The bed was lovely and big and the bedding a dream, so comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to re book, highly recommend !

Mark and Rich were amazing hosts. Excellent restaurant suggestions. Our room was in the basement at the back and it was cool and quiet. Very clean and the common area where breakfast was served and the area where you could sit and look out at the water was way bigger than we expected. Breakfast was extra and well worth it. Great berries and yogurt, cereal and fresh baked biscuits were a highlight. They even accommodated a relative for breakfast who wasn’t staying at the first house. Should also mention the beach was right across the road. This location is amazing and I would stay there again.

Richard & Mark were the perfect hosts! They met us with a warm welcome & made us feel like we were guests in their home. The beach house was perfectly clean and their breakfast was a "Proper English Breakfast." The Seaside path was within walking distance and the view was spectacular. Whenever we asked suggestions for restaurants they were always accommodating. They made us feel like their extended family! If you are looking for a little peace of heaven in Littlehampton, this is the place to stay! If we return there's no doubt where we would stay here again. Sincerely, Todd & Kathie Kershner!

The East Beach Guest House is an unexpected gem in Littlehampton. It is beatifully appointed - stylish and tasteful throughout, down to the last detail, and obviously maintained to a very high standard, and Mark and Richard are the most welcoming and helpful hosts. The location is also great - just a short walk to the beach and there is the wonderful 'East Beach Cafe' restaurant about 10 minutes walk, right next to the beach. I honestly can't recommend it highly enough. We will definitely stay again when next in Littlehampton.

Richard and Mark were excellent hosts and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble and they were a mine of local information.

all i wanted was a lovely clean room with a view of the beach but also not too far from the train station and this was exactly that. it was so close to the beach i could come back and relax after hours in the sun. the place looks even better in person and the lounge was so comfortable, i enjoyed looking at the sky change in the evening. when i left in the morning of my first day, they had refilled the water in my room before i had returned which was incredibly thoughtful due to the weather, i always had enough water to drink to stay hydrated. will definitely be back!

Great location and Mark and Richard were very welcoming . Mark gave us lots of suggestions of where to eat and places to visit near by. Room very comfortable, great that parking was free across the road in the car park as we were guests. A nice touch. If we come to Littlehampton again would stay here again.

An excellent choice of guest house, very convenient for many events in Littlehampton, no problem parking, staff were lovely and the room really clean and well equipped. I had the 'single with a sea view' right at the top of the house and, despite the tiny size, it still had everything you could possibly want or need, thoroughly recommended.

A wonderful place to spend 2 nights. Richard and Mark were so accommodating and friendly. The room was very tastefully decorated with great detail. Parking was free across the road and the location was excellent. A nice walk to the beach and the East Beach cafe - a building with design awards. Altogether a great stay!
