Very bad service, he said towels and toiletries were available, but when we checked in there weren't any towels we asked for through the cs/operator and promised to be given immediately until we checked out there weren't towels either, until we didn't shower and the next day take a shower using tissue, there is no tolerance at all to check in must be at 14.00 can't leave the bag and check out at 12.00 wib after we protested the problem of new towels they gave tolerance and even then no more than 13.00 i have never in my life got hotel service as bad this. We wanted to buy our own towels and asked for a change, we couldn't, instead we were offered a voucher for the next stay but we refused because we needed towels and didn't need a voucher because we were already discouraged.
