A 3 day weekend getaway!

We loved this resort. It was beautiful and the pool, beach, rooms, and staff were awesome! We will highly recommend it to everyone and give high marks for the concierge, Debra!

Very nice, quiet resort. The resort is on a Beautiful beach, has a very nice pool which was very quiet as it was off season June 2025. Clean grounds. Staff is very nice and professional. Junior suite rooms come with complete kitchen and the balconies are very large with screened in enclosure. One restaurant on site The location is walking distance to some shops, places to eat, grocery store and ice cream shops. If you like a resort with large crowds and activities this is not the place for you but If you want to relax in peace on a tropical paradise with a great beach, this is a wonderful property.

We loved it! The condo was incredible! It had everything we needed and more! Staff was so friendly and helpful!

Upper level room was great with washer/ dryer, small kitchen with everything you need is there with a netted balcony is awesome to prevent mosquitoes. The pool is great but didn't use since the beach is awesome, it's clean and have lounge chairs with umbrella. Location is great near restaurants and many excursions pick you up from resort.

Pool and beach were very good. Staff very friendly. Gym was very good. In roo S should provide coffe filters, more dishwasher soaps. And more laundry soap for washer

Very clean, cozy and comfortable. The room was beautiful and fully outfitted with fully stocked kitchenette, fridge, microwave, coffee station, and washer/dryer. There was a beautiful verandah where I worked out in the mornings, fully netted, so no bugs or mosquitoes. The grounds were gorgeous and full of flowers. Just fabulous!

Great location at Grace Bay, convenient to many restaurants and a supermarket. Rooms have kitchen to cook food for ourselves. Staffs and friendly and accommodating. Especially Thanks to the shuttle driver who drives us to the golf club.

This place was perfect for two college besties to embark on a 5 day beach rot filled with Smooth Crawlers and belly laughs. The resort is adorable. Gives mid century modern vibes - I wanted to wear linen and drink white wine with every meal and call everyone “darling.” We stayed in a junior suite that had a fully stocked kitchen, upgraded appliances including full size washer and dryer. The patio was screened in and we spent every morning and night out there. Plenty of free parking. The staff was amazing and friendly. Will definitely be coming back.

This is a truly beautiful property with a wonderful location on Grace Bay Beach. It is close enough to walk to shopping and restaurants. I definitely plan to stay here again.

Friendly staff and beautiful property grounds!

This was my 11th trip to TCI and my 7th time staying at OCW. My previous stays here have always been wonderful but this time, the young lady working the front desk was so rude and not helpful at all. She had a terrible attitude and acted as though i was an inconvenience. The resort overall is nice, clean and in a great location. The staff at Solana are wonderful. Ndia at Solana is super friendly!

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The hotel is right on the beach and so close to other resorts and walkable to shops etc. We loved being close to shops, restaurants etc.

Loved it!

I loved Ocean Club west. I loved the room, and the convenience of the restaurant right off of the beach, although it was a little pricey. I also really love that they have a beach bar. I just wish the beach bar's music was a little louder at certain times to set that real vacation vibe. Overall I love this place and will most definitely stay again. No complaints at all.
