The property was ok, big and spacious, clean and comfortable, the only thing I would say, is the bbq grill is no clean, is so much rust , we wasn’t able to use , is looks like haven’t been clean for months, but overall the place it was so nice , quite , clean and comfortable .

There was no Barbeque on the balcony. Last year I stayed in one of the units on the left side of the complex and the balcony was bigger and there was a BBQ on it, the units on the left are also angled different and got late afternoon sun, the unit I was in did not. When I booked I assumed it would be the same or similar to last year.

Aside from - Room did not match the picture on the booking, thought we were getting the modern version ended up with the old version that had white painted cupboards that looked horrendous. - Biscuit under the sofa with tons of dust - Surface level cleaning only when you look closely at the tables, they’re filthy - Remote control back is broke - Mattress are terrible, small and divots in the middle and lumpy. Would have love to have king size instead. - Dirty blankets with stains on them - Cleaning the dishes and put them away is excessive all they could’ve asked was to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on, but putting them away was too much

Had a lovely stay here. Very spacious property, had everything we needed and a short walk to the Village nearby. Good location. Would definitely stay here again.

Our unit at Chateau Ridge Chalet was excellent!! Beautiful place very nice decor and clean. It's only a 10 minute walk from the Blue Mountain village. Close to the Scandinave Spa as well as Collingwood. Also, easy and fast communication with the owners. Highly recommend this piece. DH & GL

Nice walking path to the village.

The property was clean and spacious. Checkin, parking and directions were easy to follow. Only thing I would do differently next time is I would look for a first floor unit with a patio to sit outside.

Really clean beautiful modern home!

The condo was very nice, however, it wasn’t very clean, there was spill marks all over the walls, food and water bottles in the couch, the jet tub was extremely dirty and the smaller bathroom smelled of mold The FOB was an absolute pain, it only worked some of the time and we would have to wait for someone to let us in, we had three vehicles and only 2 parking passes, so one vehicle had to park down at the convention centre It would have been nice to have a few extra garbage bags, I recommend if you stay here, to bring a few extra

A little tired but still a great place!

This was a great stay for our family. Close to Blue and very convenient. The decor was nice and the beds/mattress were amazingly comfortable. We will hopefully be back again.
