I love to stay ,is beautiful and cozy .

We were there for an overnight in St Moritz. We had booked the b and b through a third party app. The room and common area was very clean and well appointed. The only issue we encountered was the arrival process. It was a late arrival and we were not aware the building would not be staffed. We called the emergency number to gain access which involved a key code at the front door security box. We were told we received an email with instructions but there was no email in the inbox. The problem was that, in crossing the border from Italy, cellular service was lost and did not reconnect so the email had not been delivered. If booking, be sure to indicate you will have late arrival (after 6 pm) so that the service can send all instructions in advance. The bar was not staffed and there was no dinner service in the restaurant (but there is a lovely breakfast). There also are self-service snacks and drinks at the bar, mini-bar style.

It was a surprise stay for us, we did not expect heated pool with spa which we didn't our gears. Overall very comfort & clean stay. A bit far fm the train station.

The quality of the My room in the Bed & breakfast was excellent. The advertise bar and restaurant but the bar is self service and the restaurant is merely where you eat breakfast.

It was a great deal to stay at a five star facility for 3/4 star price. Everything was nice but wished the sauna had been open for longer hours (open only for 3 hours a day), there had been coffee machine in the room or the self-service bar area and rental bicycle service.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Herzliches Personal. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Grosszügiges Zimmer! Toller Spa.

Schönes Hotel mit vielseitigem Wellness. Einzig Kaffeemaschine fehlt auf dem Zimmer und die Kopfkissen sind zu weich

Atención por parte del staff es increíble

Direkt mit Baustelle vorm Zimmer. Wurde vom Hotelpersonal verschwiegen und führte zu bösem, frühen Erwachen. Da wird 2024-2026 sicher was hingebaut. Das Personal schweigt sich aus.

Ich sage nur: gerne alle Jahre wieder!

Immer wieder ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt. Einzig der Spa dürfte Abends länger offen sein (nur bis 19.00 Uhr). Matratzen etwas weicher.

L’unico piccolo appunto ? Almeno una bottiglia di acqua nel frigobar dovreste metterla … Tutto il resto perfetto

Very beautiful hotel, clean and cozy. But you have to be careful not to arrive after 6:00 p.m. there because there is no one at the reception. They send a message with the code for you to access a security box and pick up the keys to your room and check in only the next day but they do not make sure that this information arrived in the guest's hand so you can run the risk of not being able to enter the hotel.

カウンターステップの対応がとても親切でした。また、室内は高級で香りもとても良かったです。サンモリッツ駅からは少し離れていますが、バス停が宿のすぐ前にあるのでそれほど不便ではありません。全般的に満足です～！！

Frühstück wäre noch bei manchen Sachen ausbaufähig

Geniales Hotel. Selbst als Bed & Breakfast (im Sommer) ist es hervorragend, wenn man auf das hoteleigene Restaurant verzichten kann.

Es war alles wunderschön. Zimmer, Frühstück sehr lecker mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, Service an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, Wellness einfach perfekt, und der Self Service eine tolle Lösung.

Sehr schönes, grosses, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Leckeres Frühstückbuffet - dank Top-Wetter genossen wir das Frühstück auf der schönen Terrasse. Gute Lage, idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten. Guter, freundlicher Service.
