We were supposed to get a $180+ or so in refund, but never got it. Not sure what happened. Any information would be much appreciated.

The room is fantastic, hope the swimming pool works properly next time.

The bathroom had hair all over the tub and the balcony had lots of beach sand. The shampoo was not sufficient. Apart from these these concerns everything else was good.

Beautiful updated room overlooking the duck shop. Everything was brand new. Pool was under maintenance, but the staff gave us access to another one. No biggie. Air wasn’t working in the room. On call staff came at 11pm within 10 minutes. Breaker was tripped. Would stay here again. Hopefully the pool is up and running next time :)

The room was amazing! Unfortunately the pool was out of order. So we had to use the pool of another hotel. The wrist bands need an upgrade. They are too big and uncomfortable to wear. More umbrellas and towels at the beach would be great. Housekeeping was inconsistent, The included activities were great! Food and beverage offering in the village is great. We will come back!

I was disappointed that the pool was closed when we arrived despite specifically asking prior to our cancellation deadline to ensure that the amenities and access were available as I saw on the website there was refurbishment. I received a confirmation that everything was open. We booked specifically to enjoy the pool and hot tub. I would have cancelled if I knew. I asked for compensation for the inconvenience and didn’t get it.

They need to work harder on building maintenance as it has a lot of work to be done. Nice place to stay just that. They are working on it but can be done faster

The suite was newly renovated and very clean. Small hitch checking but otherwise we had a great stay

We had a wonderful stay at Mosaic at Blue Mountain. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a nice balcony. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made check-in and check-out easy. The location in the heart of the village was excellent, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within walking distance. The only disappointment was that the outdoor pool was closed during our stay, which would have been nice to enjoy. Overall, we had a great family getaway and would definitely stay here again.

Air conditioning didn’t work first night was very hot. Spent extra on the room and unfortunately we had a view of the parking lot and construction was happening so could not open window as it was very loud.

The hotel lobby was under construction when we arrived and there was only one person checking guests in. We stood in line for almost an hour before we were seen. Our check in time wasnt until 4pm and we were told due to the volume of guests we wouldnt be able to check in until exactly 4pm. We were also then told that the pool was out of order which we were not told about prior to our visit which was very disappointing as it was one of the main features of the hotel especially for the summer and part of our plans as we had a large group staying here. When we came back to check in at 4pm we were then told that our room would not be ready for another 45mins which is absolutely ridiculous so we were now paying for a room that we couldnt even use and needed to set up for our plans of the evening. We were also only given 1 parking spot for a group of 6 people so the other 5 people in our group paid alot to park. When asked what could be done to compensate for all of the inconvenience we were given little to no help and told best they could do was 15% off! Which is nothing! What should have been a fun relaxing weekend for our bachelorette party turned into nothing but stress and headache. I also had cupcakes made for our event that were ruined due to staff negligence when told they could keep them in a fridge until we got our room. Very disappointing and I do NOT recommend staying here. :(

Was a ground floor room with beautiful views. Room was newly renovated. Everything looked brand new!

I love the heated pool. The room was excellent but we did have some confusion when we checked in and were given the wrong room. It was very nice to have a card and chocolates waiting for me for my birthday nice touch.
