Great room and views

Pillows and bed were pretty terrible, broken toilet flush handle, missing transition strip on floor. Lots of money to pay for broken sub par room. Staff were very friendly

Very warm and clean room. Loved the decor and we really enjoyed being able to cook for ourselves with all the amenities provided. We got to the hotel earlier then our check in and they provided us with an early check in with no questions asked and late check out at no charge. My husband and I were both very impressed with our stay and are looking to return in the summer with our family

Good, the room was falling apart a little bit. The tiles in the bathroom were loose and the caulking around the tub old. Otherwise, nice and clean.

Room was dated and dark. Not many amenities in room. Bottled water even would be nice.

Room was very spacious and clean. Underground parking was easy. Staff were very friendly. Loved the year round outdoor pool and hot tub! Only thing to note was the accessible rooms were the farthest from the lobby. Didn’t seem to make sense to me that individuals with mobility issues would have the farthest walk to the lobby.

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. Loved the hot tub, heated outdoor pool, and gym. Loved the location too!

I was happy to be told that I was getting a newly renovated room only to find that it was right next to the elevator and the ice machine. Room 324. Clean- no issues with that. While lying in the bed, you can’t see the TV fully. The bed is near the door and the kitchen is near the screen balcony. The elevator and ice machines are near the door.

The overall village was nice but we were woken up at 6 am both days we stayed do to pounding in the upstairs unit above us as we stayed on the 2nd floor when we called front desk they asked my wife a bunch of questions like can you describe the noise etc. dont see how that is relevant and then they continue to say they would deal with it and never did as we were woken up again by it the following day then we called down again and they again did nothing to remedy the situation which I feel is unacceptable I went on the trip to relax and possibly sleep in a bit as my wife and I both work crazy hours and we did not get to do that do to the constant pounding
