Great location, excellent size home. Good free parking. Needs updating inside.

Great location and space. We enjoy the space that if offers compared to hotel rooms in the Village. Just a few minutes drive from the Village and it’s away from the crowds. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was great right off the golf course, 5 minutes away from the village, we had a great weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Mountain. We went during the summer and did all of the activities. The mountain coaster was a blast. The ropes course was a lot of fun with different levels of difficulty according to your preferences. The village was great with lots of restaurant and shopping options.

The property requires some renovations. I like the microwave, the availability of in-unit washer and dryer. The AC, stove top and oven were also in good condition. The furniture is old overall, and requires renovations. Same goes for the bath towels and bedding (they look more grey than white, and probably have been in use for over 10 years). One major issue that almost broke the deal was the one-spot-parking per unit policy. This property (Grass River) sleeps 6 people, so obviously you are expected to have 2 cars that need to be parked next to the unit. Anakshu, from Blue Mountain Inn reception, was very helpful and tried her best to accommodate our needs.

The people at the property were great and the place was good the problem was Expedia advertising outdoor pool when there was not and not trying to solve problem with refund or make sure to find a pool for us the manager at resort was great and helped us with all our issues

We have been going to Blue for many years. The prices have increased significantly! You have to pay to park now, to hike (ridculous), and for many other amenities

This was a great place to stay for the whole family. Everything was close and walkable, it was very clean and they had amazing staff!

It wasn't clean very dusty no service arrived when i need a service far from village you need to drive

I had terrible experience with Blue Mountain resort. All staff at front desk are new knowing nothing . Check in was delayed one and half hours because our room took forever to be ready. The room was old and dirty. The kitchen has very limited cooking utensils. The stove was dirty , not working well . TV was down; internet was as slow as snail. We have to use our own data! I paid lots of money for no service 👎

We spent extra booking this property while others were cheaper because on the map its shown it was in the village. THIS IS NOT THE CASE FOR THIS PROPERTY. It was a walk away which was a bit disappointing when we could have paid less to be closer. besides the location it was clean, we were provided one parking in front of the rivergrass property and the other was in a parking lot that is in walking distance. Comfy beds and pillows and a warm fireplace to stand by after the day on the slopes. Front desk staff super friendly as well!

Blue Mountains, a fantastic trip but unfortunately, the river grass houses are not where you want to take a family dated old, very dusty and unclean
