The hotel is right in the city center. There are many great restaurants and spas within walking distance. It's also close to the Pink Church and Han Market. A great location for those who enjoy a lively atmosphere.

There was no parking, which was unexpected. A hotel without parking for guests? I won't be staying here again. The towels weren't very white either; they looked a bit dirty. The interior design didn't provide a pleasant experience for guests; it felt unclean.

If you wish to watch the Dragon Bridge Fire Show, this is a good hotel for your consideration. Ask the hotel staff for the river view room and make sure you can watch the show (on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings from 9 PM). It is very conveniently accessible to local food restaurants within walking distance (use Google Maps). You may want to try the Coconut Ice Cream at 196 Bạch Đằng Street. There is a benefit of foot soaking and they will give you buy 1 get 1 for foot massage. The pool is small, looks like a goldfish pool 😆 but the view is great. There is a coffee shop on the first floor (with discounts for hotel guests). Breakfast is fine with both Vietnamese and Western food.

The room was exactly as pictured, clean, the staff were super friendly, and the price was reasonable. The area is right by the Han River and offers a view of the Dragon Bridge. I will definitely stay here again next time.

At check-out, they wanted to charge us for bringing a laundry bag for our dirty clothes, which is usually fine at other hotels. So, I was forced to unpack my suitcase even though I'd been hurriedly waiting for a Grab, but the items I left at the hotel weren't confirmed. Oh my, location was the only factor, and the room wasn't cleaned daily, even though I'd booked for five days.

I missed my flight and had to rebook. My flight wasn't until 10 PM, so I booked a temporary room here to rest and leave my luggage while waiting for my flight. I found the room relatively clean; however, when I closed the door to go out, it somehow wouldn't lock. The location is very convenient for sightseeing in Da Nang, with a view of the Dragon Bridge.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was central and convenient for entertainment, dining, and shopping. The hotel rooms were clean. I will definitely return.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The receptionist cleaned out the extra bed room at 12 o'clock when the late check out fee had already been paid. When checking out, they suspected that the family had taken the laundry bag, and asked to check the luggage again. What kind of customer is a 4-star hotel to suspect that such trivial things were missing? After not caring about that trash, they even beat it up, what use was it? They wanted to charge and were willing to pay. Some people stopped watching. I was very upset, unhappy, and disappointed when I decided to stay at such a good hotel.

I'm not impressed with the service staff here! The reception attitude is not warm, they don't even bother to carry suitcases or open the hotel door for guests, the parking lot in front is charged, there is no parking lot!

Friendly staff, hotel right on the river near Dragon Bridge. Room is not soundproofed well. Everything else is ok.

The location is in front of the old town & activity center, night market & around many restaurants, cafes, spas. It's just that the bathroom doesn't use a shower box, so it's wet after bathing & slippery & there's no special place to put soap & shampoo.

Love the location of this hotel. The view towards the river and the Dragon Bridge is amazing. The room and amenities are very cozy.
