saya liburan ke kuala lumpur dan menginap di Vortex Suites KLCC By BlackNest. staffnya sangat baik. bahkan ketika 2 hari setelah check out dan kakak saya ketinggalan baju di sana. staffnya langsung menghantarkan baju yang tertinggal tersebut ke tempat menginap kedua kami. next year saya akan menginap di tempat ini lagi !!! terimkasih vortex . sangat senang to stay here 💯🔥

Overall it is very good, suitable for family groups and close to the Twin Towers, but when checking in it took a while for the staff to come, we were tired and wanted to rest quickly.

Even before check-in, the staff contacted us and provided check-in instructions. The apartment tower is quite busy with many guests, so be sure to stay in touch with the staff via WhatsApp. The view from this unit is fantastic. From the window, you can see the Skyscrapers and the Petronas Towers. It's a 5-10 minute walk to Petronas and the Bukit Nanas LRT station. A minimarket and cafe are located at the base of the tower. Check-out is at 12 noon, and the staff can assist with luggage storage. A refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, and tableware are also available. Indonesian guests are advised to bring a universal adapter, as the power outlet is 3-pin. Suggestion: It would be even more impressive if complimentary water was provided upon check-in. Thank you, Black Nest staff. If I visit KL again, I will definitely book again. Highly recommended!!

I stayed at this apartment for a day and had a generally pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating—I arrived an hour before the official check-in time (which was 3 PM), and they kindly let me into the room early while promptly starting the cleaning process. The room was clean and offered an amazing view, which was definitely a highlight. However, there were a few minor issues. It took more than 10 minutes for the water to get warm enough for a bath, which was a bit inconvenient. The AC wasn’t very cold, but still manageable. Also, one of the bedrooms didn’t have an AC, only a fan—so while it wasn’t hot, it didn’t feel quite as comfortable. The pillow was slightly uncomfortable for me, and the bath towel wasn’t very absorbent, which could be improved. Overall, it was a decent stay with helpful staff and a great view. With a few small upgrades, it could be even better.

Stayed at Vortex Suites KLCC by Blacknest for 6 days and had a great time! The place was clean, cozy, and super affordable for what it offers. Water pressure was strong, the rooms were comfy, and the apartment had everything we needed. It has 3 bedrooms in one spacious unit, which worked really well for our group. The view was pretty nice too! We didn't have to wait long for the elevator, and the location is super convenient—just a short walk to the Twin Towers. Overall, really happy with the stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

Apartment is close to KLCC and monorail station + Go KL bus. Spacious, comfortable and clean room according to the picture. Easy check in process. But check out should not be later than 12 o'clock so as not to be fined. Thank you.
