The building, location and rooms are relatively clean and comfortable. But the service and service are not recommended at all. For a hotel, they should provide good and fast service. I checked in at 23.00, the room could not be entered because the card tap machine was an error. I went back to the receptionist 3 times but I asked to change rooms but they still didn't give me any. With a very late position and tired from out of town, I was asked to wait 1 hour trying to access the room card but it still didn't work. After being disappointed, I changed rooms. Why not from the beginning, no need to wait 1 hour in the middle of the night. Please be an evaluation material for hotel management on how to provide the best service in the future. Hopefully an incident like this will not happen again.
