The atmosphere in the hotel is very good, shady, good air, beautiful mountain views, clean, but the internet is not very good. The room is clean, there are extra blankets. The hotel prepares breakfast in a box for those who return from traveling to Bromo after 10 a.m. There are no restaurants around the hotel, but the hotel has a restaurant.

The hotel here carries the concept of a rural area in Java, besides being beautiful, clean, the service here is very friendly and fast, besides being supported by an amazing panoramic view of nature, beautiful plus the cool air feels like you are not in Indonesia. 🙂

Overall it was very impressive staying here, only the hot water shower could be upgraded again, because waiting for the hot water is quite long while the weather there is very cold. But if there is a chance, I still want to stay here again, in my opinion the Best staycation place👍💯

When you want to take a shower, the water often goes out. So does the hot water. TV channels often don't appear. The room is not very clean. A star hotel feels like a non-star hotel.

The water heater was not working for a while, but was quickly fixed. The choice of breakfast menu variations is okay, the taste is also good. The most impressive thing is the view which is indeed stunning. The staff is friendly & helpful. Overall very recommended staycation here

The view is amazing. The staff were very friendly. It 's not a cheap hotel but there 's not much facilities. Like there is no hand towel, no hair dryer, wifi connection super bad, also the toilet was not clean. My wife was very strict about cleanliness of toilet and she was having a difficult time during our stay. We suggested that you renovate the toilet and do a proper cleaning. The restaurant for public was good! Breakfast (take away) was so so.

The view is beautiful, but there aren't many photo spots. The deluxe double room has no view at all + connecting room which disturbs privacy, the sound from the next room is very intrusive and even the sound of chatting can be heard clearly. For a room measuring 1.2 million, the bathroom water is stagnant, the shower water is also not good, the warm water can't run continuously. The wifi is slow. The breakfast food is quite delicious but there is very little variety. Overall, the price of 1.2 million is not worth it.

They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. 👏. Room: Unfortunately, the room fell short. It was dirty, which was disappointing given the overall charm of the hotel. 🧹. Toilet: The toilet was in dire need of cleaning, and the flushing experience was less than pleasant. 🚽. In summary, while the environment and staff were top-notch, the room cleanliness and toilet condition left much to be desired. Hopefully, the hotel management addresses these issues promptly. 🏨.
