Good service, fast response, direct direction to pick up the key when checking in, and all problems are immediately resolved. The place is very child-friendly and has complete playground facilities.

Good afternoon, Indra. Thank you for staying, I have asked the guests who stayed last night about the room you stayed in, it was cold. Sometimes you may not understand the settings, if it is dry it will definitely not be cold. Make sure the setting is cool. If there is one that is not cold or the AC is having problems, I usually don't give it to Traveloka guests, I sell it cheaply to direct guests, until the AC is serviced then I sell it to Traveloka guests. For other guests, if you stay and feel the sheets smell, just chat me, I will immediately ask the staff to change them in front of the guest's eyes. Because my rule is to change guests, change sheets. I don't give used ones. Thank you.

so far it's quite comfortable and clean with affordable prices, facilities. The pool is also the best, the owner and staff are also responsive.. it's just that in my room because I came with my husband and child, the glass in the room seems to need to be added because there is only 1.. so far it's quite enjoyable with Emerlad Bintaro
