Absolutely love the food. They're serious about cooking. Almost everything is delicious and budget-friendly. Staying at the hotel all day is never boring because you can relax by the pool and also grab snacks and eat, so you don't even have to leave the hotel. I don't get any privacy as a customer here!! Their rooms don't provide DND or manual door locks from the inside, and housekeeping enters the room without my notice/permission. While I was in the room, housekeeping came in even though I had already shouted that housekeeping wasn't needed, but they suddenly opened my door with their access key. For 2 out of 3 days I stayed here, I didn't get any privacy at all.

The location is quite strategic and easy to find. Breakfast is limited, as you can only choose one menu.

The hotel staff was very friendly from the moment we arrived. The security guard also helped us upon our first arrival. Parking is a bit limited, but that's not a problem given the strategic location, close to the city center, trendy cafes, and Seminyak Beach. As for the food, it was my first time using the one-person-one-menu system, so I was a little disappointed, but it was okay since I got free fruit and drinks.

Staff gercep, tempat bersih tapi bidet kemarin sempat rusak. But it's okay because the next day after it was cleaned, the bidet was normal again. The location is close to many places, so it's very worth to stay here.
