There is no Wi-Fi in this hotel... please help fix it, we have paid a lot... but there is no Wi-Fi and the TV is not good in the room... please help fix it

The hotel is ok but...the problem is that the hotel's Wi-Fi is not available, other than the KLU phone in the room, it's not good.

is a last minute booking, I thought it will never gone through. When I reached the hotel, receptionist told me they didn't accept any booking from Traveloka anymore and I thought that's it, no more booking with this app anymore. Luckily after I called to the help centre and they assisted me after 40 mins, the booking went through..Thanks to Traveloka app...quite a good experience!!
