So I was traumatized by staying here, since that incident, the next day my body was itching, not that it was bad, at least if someone complained, just check again instead of saying they didn't know and asking back, this was the first time staying in an apartment with staff like this. I dared to stay here because I read the rating was very good. It turned out to be unexpected, hopefully in the future it will improve even more.

A bit disappointed with the DoubleTree room this time even though I've been here twice and the first one was really satisfying. Only 1 power plug is empty, the wifi is smooth but either the TV or the STB is a bit wrong so I can't play YouTube videos at all, even if I wait 2 hours, the TV still has a black screen. Hot water isn't hot at all even though the water heater is on. Clean towels smell good but torn with holes in several parts. The point is that next time we need some evaluation to better satisfy the client. thank you

The bed is broken, it's uncomfortable for resting, the other facilities are quite complete.

Tempatnya nyaman untuk tinggal. Perlengkapan juga lengkap seperti alat masak, alat mandi, kulkas. Bisa nonton Netflix juga. Bisa akses ke kolam renang dan gym.

It's really recommended, it's just a shame the place has to be replaced, I'm afraid it will just collapse, the problem is it's already rickety, overall, double tree service, the best, will come back again. 👍.

The room is clean, when you enter it smells good, all the kitchen equipment is there, Netflix is also there. Only yesterday, when I was in the room, it smelled a bit like cigarettes and there were cigarette marks, then I swept them so they weren't dusty. Admin is also fast response. Will come back later for a staycation, just pay more attention to cleanliness.
