good location in the middle of BSD city. strategic. quiet. only the towels are not good. towels are old.. should replace new towels

From the outside to the lobby, it's very luxurious. After checking in, the choice of 100 DP/KTP is withheld, then given the room key. Once inside the room, wow, it's a mess. #bathroom. - Didn't get a towel, had to ask at the receptionist. - The bathroom is covered in crust and moss. - The toilet spray is small and has no place. - The shower is messy, there are lots of holes that don't drain. - There is no toilet tissue. #room space. - The walls are full of spots. - The AC is not cold. - The balcony has no fence. - Drinking water is not given every day, you have to ask first. - The room is not cleaned every day. - The socket is under the TV, none is near the bed

only 1 staff, no uniform, playing with cellphone. room is quite spacious but facilities are not maintained. door handle is broken, amenities are not available. enough for people who only need transit to sleep.

Friendly staff, when entering the room it smells a bit, maybe additional fragrance should be sprayed before guests check in. There are no towels. The shower water is very small, it doesn't spray, so it looks like the water is leaking, it seems like the shower needs to be replaced. There are no toothbrushes. Hope this helps 👌

I had to ask for towels twice, so I cancelled my attendance at the event just because I was waiting for towels.

I've stayed here twice, the place is really nice, it will be my favorite place for a staycation, the staff are also friendly, thank you Arotel 🤩 the atmosphere when it rains is really beautiful
