We are glad to know that you were satisfied with the fast check-in process, the cleanliness of the room, and the fairly good WiFi connection. We also apologize for some of the inconveniences you experienced, ranging from poor cellphone signal, problems with the bidet and shower water, to the limited TV channels. We appreciate all of these inputs and will use them as evaluation material for future improvements. Regarding the noise disturbance in the morning, we fully understand the inconvenience felt.
