Even though I'm not a member yet, I often stay here, and the check-in staff are always friendly. Yesterday, my wife took my parking ticket because she had an activity, but when I wanted to leave the hotel, I told her, and they helped me manually open the exit gate, allowing me to leave the hotel safely. I'll stay here again soon, thank you.

Stay for a sudden business trip. Checking-in at 23.00 but surprisingly the staff was so efficient and professional even at midnight check in. We were assigned to our room in no more than 4 minutes. The room was neat and clean, overall it was a good business hotel.

The rooms, facilities, food, and staff were all pleasant. We didn't notice we'd left something in one of the rooms, but we weren't informed until four hours after we checked out. As a result, we had to turn around. Usually, when checking out, you're asked to wait a while. Maybe the next time will be better...

Access to the room is via card, elevator card, and electricity is provided in the room. If you use the elevator, the electricity is automatically cut off (family members cannot leave the room). Overall, the hotel is in a good category. Hahahaha

Overall, it's okay. The only thing I'd ask is why remove the carpet. It's actually a plus for the service room. Don't eliminate something that's already good; improve it if necessary.
