The hotel staff is so-so, friendly when checking out because they asked for reviews on the website, when checking in it's so-so, even stingy with smiles. Well, Swiss-bel is as usual, minimalist. But it's still okay in peak season, this hotel is the only one that gives affordable prices. The swimming pool is very small and the cleanliness is lacking. Overall it's okay. It would be happier if the front office staff were friendlier and the swimming pool was clean.
