G got towels and toiletries. With the excuse of running out.

Very bad, the room is not clean and very dirty

Very bad, not worth it at all for the price of around 245. The room is like a boarding house. The toilet smells like pee the first time you enter. The bedsheets have lots of brown stains. The room is stuffy.

No towels and soap provided.

Saya booking via aplikasi, kedatangan saya jam 10.30 wib, sesuai dengan booking an di aplikasi, sesampainya di hotel, resepsionis bilang tidak bisa masuk ke kamar sebelum jam 14.00 dan saya bilang saya udah booking, saya booking hotel datangnya jam 10.30. Resepsionis bersikeras bilang jam 14.00 baru bisa masuk ke kamar, padahal masih banyak kamar yang kosong, dia bilang kalau mau masuk ke kamar sebelum jam 14.00 akan di kenakan biaya 30% dari harga kamar. Kurang lebih 4 jam saya duduk di lobby, menunggu sampai jam 14.00. Padahal badan capek dan ingin istirahat. Pas masuk ke dalam kamar, saya liat cuma di sediakan handuk lusuh dan tidak di berikan sabun mandi.

Clean rooms with cold ac .

Used towels and used soap were still in the room when I just checked-in. There is no daily cleaning facility. The bed linen is quite dirty and smells.
