there is mineral water placed near the water heater. it turns out that it is charged. if it is indeed food/drinks that are charged, it should be placed in the refrigerator, or separated from free water.

Complete package, yes, every Aston hotel is top. Good food, good service, good price, very good cleanliness.

Bad service, I did book a room without breakfast because I had activities that prevented me from staying long at the hotel but I booked an extra bed which turned out to include breakfast. When I went to the restaurant in the morning and had already taken my food, a staff approached me and said that I had not paid for the extra bed which I had clearly paid for yesterday when I checked in and the staff checked twice even though I had sent proof of transfer. Please improve the service, and don't just accuse carelessly. Do they think that I have never stayed at a hotel and think that the restaurant below is free food?!!

The reception staff was very helpful, we booked 2 rooms because they were full and they still looked for them & gave us the same floor.

Thank God, it's good and satisfying, especially the choice of the ofuro suite room.

Booked by accident, turned out to be above expectations. Top atmosphere and facilities. All staff are friendly, very helpful, and familiar. Especially Mas Sani & the restaurant team. No food is a failure. Highly recommended for family and business travelers visiting the Cilegon, Merak, and surrounding areas. I will definitely come back. Best worth hotel in Cilegon by far. The pool is small, might bit crowded. The gym also small but quite nice, yet no one go there.

Come here during Eid holiday, Aston's standard cleanliness is definitely clean from the lobby to the swimming pool. Highly recommended to come here with family, the kids love swimming here, thank you Aston Cilegon.

Comfortable to stay with family. If looking for food outside the hotel and minimarkets are very close. Ease of reaching the dispenser to be increased at least 1 aisle 1 dispenser that is easy to reach / additional instructions so that people who are staying for the first time can easily get it. Spacious parking lot if you bring a vehicle.
